Neel’s Muscle Building Program
Congratulations to Neel for accomplishing his fitness goals. He wanted to build the fundamentals of fitness and create strong habits and build as much muscle as he could. Each time training he pushed himself to his limits, i am very proud of what he was able to achieve.
When neel came to me he
