Return Policy

Muscle Empire Return Policy is made to insure clients and customers. here are the terms that follows.

In circumstance that the product that customer purchased didn’t end up meeting the requirements, the customer is required to return the product to the company within 12 business days of purchase. If customer doesn’t want a refund for the product that they purchased, a newer version of the same product they purchased will be delivered to their address.

When the customer wants to return the product , the customer must contact the company and take a picture of the issue and explain a reason of return.

If the customer wants to exchange a product they purchased from another, then they would need to contact the company. The customer has up to 60 days to exchange the product for another one. However the product would have to be in good condition. below are the conditions to return a product or exchange.

  • Has no rips or tears

  • Has no stains

  • No disfiguration

  • Must not be broken

  • Has to have the company label

Terms of Service

Muscle Empire terms of service is made to insure clients that use the services of the company. Below are the terms of agreement sent down below.

1) Fitness training Sessions, or online virtual classes that are not rescheduled or called 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investments at the rate of one session.

2) Clients Arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless if other arrangements have been made previously made with the coach

3) The Expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within the allocated days from the date of the contract. Personal training sessions are void after the allocated time period.

4) No Personal training refunds will be issued for any reason

5) If a fitness program is purchased under spilt monthly/weekly payments, then the sessions would be spilt across the month accordingly to match up the number of session that would need to be completed.

6) If client chooses to enter a commitment program, there shall be fees allocated to missed sessions , and the session that they have missed will be rescheduled for another day

7) any monthly program that wants to be cancelled will be charged a cancellation fee. For programs that continue into monthly payment splits, the Cancellation fee is 35% (plus tax) of what is left from the fee of the program. Programs such as the pay as you go , or scheduled individual sessions are charged 80% (plus tax) of the initial fee the individual is suppose to pay.

9) Assessments prior to the onboarding of training will not be refunded

10) upon signing a training contract if payment cant be made on the day of then, a deposit of (5%-30%) is going to made to secure a spot within two weeks of your training sessions. After two weeks if full deposit as agreed cant be made by the client after two weeks then they lose their spot and are subjected to pay for full payment as agreed or cancellation fee for loss of time.

11) There are no refunds for fitness /nutritional ebooks, meal plans, and any nutritional plans.

12) There are no refunds for any service any service that muscle empire provides

Fitness/nutritional commitment fees and deposit fee are non refundable.
